ACT TravelWise gains 6 new board directors

At the ACT TravelWise AGM held in London on Tuesday 8th June six new directors were elected to the board.
The following candidates were elected to serve on the board:
· Dan Blanchet – iBase Systems Ltd
· Conrad Haigh – MVA Consultancy
· Sally Herbert – Newcastle City Council
· Conrad Jones – Centro
· Tracy Maria Milne – The Ispwich Hospital NHS Trust
· Alex Veitch – Association of Train Operating Companies
Neil Scales, The Chair of ACT TravelWise, said of the result, “The lengthy list of candidates drawn up for the election was a nice reminder to us that sustainable transport has become mainstream. The new board directors come from across different sectors and will extend our experience and contacts to help shape ACT TravelWise for the future”.
The outgoing directors were thanked for their work and contribution to the association.
