Oxfordshire County Council win ACT TravelWise Caption Competition 2009 sponsored by Light Electric Vehicles

Oxfordshire County Council picked up a Sparta Electric bike as a pool bike for their staff at the ATOC Station Travel Plan Masterclass in Southend winning this year's caption compeitition. We received dozens of entries, but the photo and hilarious caption submitted by Sustainable Travel Coordinator, Katie Parnell was judged the winner.

The bike was presented at the ACT TravelWise and ATOC Station Travel Plan Masterclass sponsored by MVA Consultancy, hosted by Southend Borough Council on June 19th in Southend.
