Speakers from Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP) who will be giving an update on current projects within the region.

Speaker: Kaysie McLean, Service Manager, Travel Plan Network, Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership (LEP).

The Travel Plan Network (TPN) is a growing network of over 530 business’s of all sizes, from all sectors, across West Yorkshire. ​​

The TPN are a free business support and advisory service, who’s main remit is to support and encourage businesses to help their employees travel sustainably and signpost to sustainable travel offers and expertise that enable businesses to promote greener travel and reduce single occupancy car use.​

Join us to hear how the Travel Plan Network are helping businesses in West Yorkshire reach their Net Zero goals by supporting organisations to help their employees travel sustainably to, from and during work and reduce single occupancy car use.

A Travel Plan Network member will also be talking us through their sustainable travel journey as a business – discussing the support received from the TPN, key successes and learnings.

In England, 3.5 per cent of all road miles involve the healthcare system and 6.7 billion road miles a year are patients and visitors.

The TPN team are supporting the NHS and key partners in West Yorkshire, to reach their Net-Zero target by 2045 by working collaboratively to identifying issues, challenges and barriers to sustainable travel and identify collective solutions.
