ACT TravelWise Spring Conference: Transport in the 21st Century

The Local Sustainable Transport Fund (LSTF) has re-injected life into many areas of sustainable transport, but what are the best ways of ensuring new projects achieve high levels of mode shift, cut carbon and stimulate economic growth?

At the ACT TravelWise Spring Conference expert practitioners will share their secrets to achieving successful sustainable transport projects with presentations on a range of smarter choices, behaviour change and technology focussed projects. This event will combine engaging presentations with interactive learning with the afternoon workshop sessions providing the opportunity for ‘hands on’ discussions. Pre-conference Study Tour: Re-development of the Southend Transport Network

ACT TravelWise have organised an informative pre-conference study tour for Thursday 29th March to allow delegates to explore the re-developments to Southend’s sustainable transport network. The tour will showcase sustainable travel and smarter choices within this seaside town and finish with a networking opportunity in Colchester.
