ACTTW Training Course Successful strategies for marketing travel behaviour change

Course Outline:
This course aims to introduce delegates to the successful tools and strategies needed to deploy an effective marketing campaign to achieve travel behaviour change.

It has been developed as the second stage of training for delegates who have completed the Introduction to Travel Planning. It is also suitable for delegates who have not taken the introductory course, but assumes that delegates will have both knowledge and experience of the theory and practice of travel planning and related travel behavioural change roles.

It is developed as a one-day workshop of short lectures and group exercises, to reinforce the theoretical basis gained from completion of about 10 hours or pre-study.

Who should attend?
This course is aimed at transport professionals working in roles, such as Travel Planners, Travel Awareness Officers and Consultants. It is suitable for travel behaviour change professionals from both the public and private sectors at employers including businesses, universities, NHS trusts, and local authorities.
