The seminar programme has been designed to offer direct support to local authorities and employers who wish to implement car club schemes in their local area, or hear the case for car clubs and low carbon vehicles. Carplus will provide some practical ideas about benefits that can be gained from looking a fresh at the issues. The day will include presentations from expert speakers and masterclass group sessions.

Expert speakers will discuss:

*How car clubs contribute to local authority goals
*The integration of low carbon / electric vehicles
*Successful parking bay set up and management
*The benefits of car clubs in local authority business travel.
