Are travel plans no more than a burden imposed on developers in return for planning consent? Or are they something that, if done well, can provide real benefit for developers as well? The aim of this session is to investigate this conundrum by considering the perspectives of the various stakeholders involved, namely: transport planning expert, local authority officer and developer.
