Support Officer (Example)

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in the company agenda to learn more about what we do. The applicant will be researching for excellent examples of public spaces and therefore must have at the very least a basic understanding of what makes a good piece of public realm and the design principles that create such spaces. The role would be ideal for a graduate studying town planning, urban design or similar courses or someone with experience working in a related field.

Applicants must also be able to demonstrate from work, studies or voluntary experience the following skills:

• Excellent Research skills.
• Excellent telephone manner, with good English comprehension and the ability to communicate.
• Confident IT skills and experience of using Word, Excel and Outlook in an office environment.
• Ability to work with light supervision only.
• A pleasant disposition.
