Senior Travel Plan Officer (Example)

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the Council's smarter choices for transport strategy to reduce car use in the Borough.

Your role in this will be to develop travel plans and awareness campaigns, as well as have an input into related policies and proposals. You will also play a key part in the planning process and in establishing a communications and marketing strategy to spread the news of this innovative programme.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated and keen to take on a new challenge. A degree and background in a relevant field will be key to your work. You will bring experience of implementing sustainable transport initiatives and assessment of Travel Plans, along with associated government policy.
